Minimize Microsoft's influence over you desktop

Oh, what's it's name?.... Directory Opus (DOpus) (curent ver. 8). This file manager (which is an under statement) is published in and sold over the net from Australia,
Gday mate.
I run at least 2 "Listers" (which is what they call the "explorer" windows) at a time. I keep one in the lower right corner of my right screen and a "floater" on my left screen to transfer files between the project directory I'm working on and the directories that these elements may reside. Another nice little feature is a Linux KDE like element were by you can right click in a directory and select "DOS Prompt Here", which is a huge time and typing saver, particularly when your file tree uses long names with spaces.

Something else I've found out about DOpus is that it's image viewer is Very Nice. I've been using ACDsee for 10 years, but when you zoom to half percents (75% or 150%) you get jaggy edges. With DOpus, no matter the zoom, you get a very clean image!

Looking to replace Explorer as you "desktop" shell, well I have a suggestion for you: GeoShell!
